Refund &Cancellation Policy

At 18kart, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy for opened or used items.
1. No Returns on Opened Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

This policy is in place for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons.
2. When Replacement Is Allowed
We will only offer a replacement (not refund) in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a defective product

You received a wrong product
3. Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for replacement:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Unboxing video is mandatory as proof for verification

The product must pass internal quality verification
4. No Refund Cases
No refund or replacement will be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery

Product opened or used

Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

Wrong product ordered by the customer

Failure to provide unboxing video proof

Delay in delivery caused by courier or external factors
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If a COD order is refused at delivery, the account may be restricted for future orders.
6. Refund Mode (If Applicable)

In rare cases where refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
