Refund &Cancellation Policy

At 18kart, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy for opened or used items.


1. No Returns on Opened Products

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • This policy is in place for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons.


2. When Replacement Is Allowed

We will only offer a replacement (not refund) in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong product


3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof for verification

  • The product must pass internal quality verification


4. No Refund Cases

No refund or replacement will be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Product opened or used

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer

  • Failure to provide unboxing video proof

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier or external factors


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, the account may be restricted for future orders.


6. Refund Mode (If Applicable)

  • In rare cases where refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

8. Final Decision

  • 18kart reserves the right to approve or reject any refund, replacement, or cancellation request after verification.
